April is National Serger Month!
This group is designed to teach sewing to beginners and prospective members.
If you have always wanted to learn how to sew but didn't know where to begin, then this group is a perfect place to start. Experienced members are on hand to assist while the group works on simple sewing projects designed to build skills. Our home base is the Louisville Collegiate School but occasionally we do a meet up at a local brewery! It's always fun no matter where we are.
At one of our last meetings we learned to sew on and recycle denim jeans.
Cost: $25 for non members and free for members. After you've paid for two classes, surprise! You'll be an official ASG member and ready to come to all of our fantastic neighborhood groups.

Ever want to leave with a quilt seed that you get to piece on a vintage machine? This is your chance! Gadzooks! It’s going to be a rip roaring good time!
